Paducah Bank is proud to announce Shannon White as its new Louisville Market President, bringing more than 20 years of executive leadership in fund development, strategic operations, and community engagement across Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
White joins Paducah Bank following a distinguished career leading mission-driven organizations. Most recently, she served as Chapter Executive of the Greater Kentucky & Southern Indiana Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, where she oversaw a $4 million enterprise and expanded service capacity by 40%—impacting more than 10,000 families annually. Her strategic focus also led to consistent double-digit revenue growth and operational cost savings through streamlined systems and vendor negotiations. Her appointment marks an exciting new chapter in Paducah Bank’s commitment to Louisville, a community the bank has proudly served for nearly a decade.
“Shannon’s leadership record and passion for purpose-driven work make her an exceptional addition to our team,” said Ashley Johnson, President & CEO of Paducah Bank. “She brings a visionary spirit, deep community roots in Louisville, and a track record of transformational leadership that aligns fully with Paducah Bank’s commitment to innovation, integrity, and personalized service.”
White’s career also includes leadership roles with Seven Counties Services and the Spina Bifida Association of Kentucky, and she was the founder and CEO of Dress for Success Louisville. Across her career, she has built high-performing teams, enhanced operational efficiency, and developed long-standing partnerships across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors.
Recognized as one of Louisville Business First’s “20 People to Know in Nonprofits”, White has earned numerous honors for her community leadership and advocacy. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Leadership Louisville and is frequently invited to speak on topics ranging from nonprofit leadership to women’s empowerment.
“I’m honored to join Paducah Bank and lead our efforts in Louisville,” White said. “This is a bank that truly understands the value of building relationships and investing in people. I look forward to expanding our presence here and delivering meaningful impact for our clients and our community.”
