Wire Transfer FAQ's

We are here to make wire transfers as clear and straightforward as possible.
Sending a wire transfer is a fast and secure way to move funds between banks. Wires are often used for time-sensitive payments, real estate transactions, business transfers, or sending money internationally.

Gather the Required Information

Before initiating a wire transfer, collect the recipient’s banking details. This typically includes the beneficiary’s full name, account number, bank name, and routing number. International wires may also require a SWIFT/BIC code and the receiving bank’s address.

Contact Paducah Bank

Stop by a Paducah Bank branch or give us a call to begin your wire transfer. Our team will walk you through the process, confirm the required information, and help ensure your transfer is completed accurately and securely.

You should always confirm wire instructions directly with the person you are sending money to. Do not rely solely on instructions received by email. If wiring funds to a Paducah Bank account, you can also contact our team to confirm the correct banking details before sending the transfer.
To ensure your wire transfer is processed the same business day, requests must be received before our daily cutoff times. The cutoff time for international wire transfers is 2:00 PM CST, and the cutoff time for domestic wire transfers is 3:00 PM CST
Wire transfers are typically processed quickly and are often final once sent. If you believe a wire was sent in error, contact Paducah Bank immediately.
