Mobile Banking Initial Login Process

Step 1: Initial Login Process

You must complete the Internet Banking 1st Initial Login process before you can download our new Mobile Banking App.  If you have not completed this initial login process, logon to www.paducahbank.com using a standard Web browser.  Please refer to our Internet Banking 1st Initial Login Process document for step-by-step instructions.

Step 2: Download App

Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for Android to download the Paducah Bank App.  Simply search for Paducah Bank.

Step 3: Register Device

Open the downloaded App and select the New Mobile User button to register the device with our Mobile Banking service.

Step 4: Existing User Button

Click Existing User to continue to the Registration Page.  An existing user is defined as an existing Internet Banking user and not a Mobile Banking user.  If you are not an existing Internet Banking user, logon to www.paducahbank.com using a standard Web browser.  Please refer to our Internet Banking 1st Initial Login process document for step-by-step instructions.

Step 5: Online Banking Username and Password

Enter your Paducah Bank Internet Banking Username and Password that you created in the Internet Banking 1st Initial Login process.  Review the Paducah Bank Terms and click I agree to the terms.  Then click Register Device.

Enter your credentials and review the Paducah Bank Terms.

 

Step 6: Login With Online Banking Credentials

Return to the App login screen and login using your Paducah Bank Internet Banking credentials.

View Transactions

Login to the App using your Paducah Bank Internet Banking credentials.  Your accounts, balances, and recent activity will be displayed.  Click on the account to see the transactions.

Transfer Funds

Access the Transfers menu by swiping the main screen once or tapping the Transfers menu option.  To start a new transfer, choose Create.  Complete the From, To, Date, and Amount fields.  Note fields are for personal in App use only.  Click Next to receive a confirmation.  Click Submit to process.  A confirmation message will appear and the transfer will be listed on the transfer page for reference.

Only one-time transfers can be set up in Mobile Banking.

Pay Bills

You must be enrolled in Bill Pay to enter a payment.  If you are not an existing Bill Pay user, logon to www.paducahbank.com using a standard Web browser.

Only one-time bill payments can be set up in Mobile Banking.  To make a payment, enter the Bill Pay menu.  Select the account, payee, and dollar amount.  Click Next to receive a confirmation.  Click Submit to process.

New payees must be added in Internet Banking.
