WHAT IS ONLINE INTERNET BANKING AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Online Internet Banking provides access to your Paducah Bank accounts from the convenience of your personal com- puter. Our optional Bill Payment service lets you pay your bills online . . . no checks, no stamps, no envelopes, no trips to the post office, and most of all it’s FREE for the first 3 months! After 3 months Bill Pay is only $1 per month for the service plus $.35 per transaction.
WHAT TYPE OF ACCOUNTS ARE ACCESSIBLE IN ONLINE INTERNET BANKING?
You can access any of your Paducah Bank accounts including Checking, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, IRAs and Loans. Bill Payment services are accessible only from your Checking Account.

WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED WITH ONLINE INTERNET BANKING?
You need a Paducah Bank Checking Account and access to the Internet from home or work. That’s all. You may fill out our Online Enrollment Form or stop by any of our five area Banking Centers to enroll in person. After enrollment, we will send you a letter with your temporary password which you will be required to change the first time you log on.
I SHARE A CHECKING ACCOUNT WITH SOMEONE ELSE. DO WE BOTH NEED TO ENROLL OR CAN WE SHARE AN ONLINE BANKING LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD?
You will be able to share a login ID and password, if you like. However, if you have other single ownership accounts, you may want to get separate login IDs. If you decide to get separate login IDs, you should be aware that bill payments and transfers made under one login ID won’t be visible under the other.
WHAT IF I WANT TO LINK AN ACCOUNT THAT IS NOT SHOWN UNDER MY LOGIN ID, SUCH AS MY ELDERLY PARENT OR CHILD IN COLLEGE?

HOW CURRENT IS THE INFORMATION?
All account information is current as of the date of our last processing. If teller transactions or electronic transactions such as Direct Deposit and Social Security payments are received during the day, we will “memo” post them to your account so you will be able to view them.
IS ONLINE INTERNET BANKING SAFE AND SECURE?
Yes! It features password-controlled system entry, a VeriSign- issued Digital ID for the Bank’s server, Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) protocol for data encryption, and a firewall to regulate the inflow and outflow of server traffic.

WHAT TYPE OF ACCOUNTS CAN I TRANSFER FUNDS TO AND FROM?
You can transfer funds between any of your Paducah Bank Checking and Savings Accounts. You can also transfer money to a loan, resulting in a loan payment.
I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO TRANSFER MONEY TO MY CHILD’S ACCOUNT. CAN I DO THIS?
If you are an authorized signer on your child’s account, we can link it to your login ID and you will be able to transfer money.
WHEN DOES IT POST TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT?
One of the great advantages of our Bill Payment service is that you retain the float for non-elec- tronic payments. It works exactly the same as if you wrote the check and put it in the mail. You will even see the image of the Bill Payment check on your Image Statement!
I HAVE PAYMENTS FOR THE SAME AMOUNT DUE AT THE SAME TIME EACH MONTH. IS THERE AN EASY WAY TO HANDLE THESE?
Yes. The system provides for recurring payments. You set the amount, date and payment frequency and the system will initiate the payments for you.
