Paducah Bank recognizes identity theft as one of the fastest growing crimes in America and is committed to providing creative solutions for our clients. As a result, we are now partnering with Secure Identity Systems® to offer our WOW! Perks and WOW! Perks With Interest primary account holders Total Identity Monitoring® and Fully Managed Resolution Services as part of the WOW! Perks benefits package.
- Fully Managed Resolution Services include lost/stolen card resolution services, dispute letters, identity theft affidavits and up to $25,000 in personal identity reimbursements for travel, attorney fees and lost wages. Non-primary members of a household* would receive similar benefits but limited to $2,500 per person.
- Total Identity Monitoring--which requires an on-line enrollment by the primary account holder-- scans over 1,000 public and non-public data bases to assist in detecting identity theft and alerts you of suspicious activity. With both services, victims of identity theft are assigned a personal Resolution Advocate to bring them back to pre-theft status. Fully Managed Resolution Services are available after identity theft even if the monitoring is not activated.
*Additional household members on the account would include one member over the age of 18, and up to four (4) dependents under the age of 25 that all currently reside at the same residence.
Additional household members may receive the higher coverage Fully Managed Resolution Services and the Total Identity Monitoring for an additional fee.
