The bank has learned that several customers have received phone calls showing the Paducah Bank phone number. 

The caller tells the customer "they are going to suspend/lock their SSN number due to derogatory account activity & this will prevent them from getting any benefits. If they can just answer some simple questions, they can prevent this from happening."

We remind you to NEVER provide ANY personal or financial information to anyone over the phone. We will NEVER call you and ask for details about your accounts or your personal data. Please be aware, and simply hang up if you should get one of these calls.
