Paducah Bank Veterans Parking sign
In honor of Veterans Day, Paducah Bank will publicly unveil a new parking sign on Tuesday, November 10, at 11:30 a.m. The sign will mark a spot in the Main Office parking lot at the corner of Sixth Street and Jefferson Street which is reserved exclusively for our veterans and active duty military. Three Paducah Bank employees who are also military veterans will unveil the sign. The public is encouraged to attend as the bank pays tribute to all of our veterans including Paducah Bank employees Victor Bopp, Alan Jeter, and Nathan Greve. We will also recognize three board directors who are veterans – Dr. Wally Montgomery, Bill Schroeder and David Denton. In addition, Paducah Bank is announcing the creation of a free checking account available to all veterans. Any veteran wishing to take advantage of this opportunity can contact Paducah Bank at 270.575.5700.

“Paducah Bank is grateful for the service of our brave veterans and military members,” says Paducah Bank President Mardie Herndon. “We want to show that gratitude, and we believe that is best done through actions. That is why we have reserved this parking spot as a place of honor for those who have selflessly given so much to all of us. And while we can never repay them for their service, we can offer free checking to our veterans which we hope will ease a little of the burden of managing their finances. In these ways, Paducah Bank is working to serve those who have served our country.”
