Terry Bradley, Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Client Experience, has an expanded role that includes leadership of the bank's Client Services, Branch Experience, and Consumer Relationship Management teams. His 36-year career as a banking professional has included experience in retail operations, trust, accounting and investment banking, deposit operations, treasury management operations, and regional treasury management sales. He earned the Certified Treasury Professional designation in 2008. Bradley is a past chairman of the Graves County Economic Development Group, a graduate of Leadership Paducah Class 29, and past president of the Leadership Paducah Alumni Association Board. He currently serves as Treasurer and Board member of Paducah Day Nursery.

Vicki Goodman is moving to the role of Vice President and Project Manager within our Information and Technology division. Goodman has 26 years of experience in the financial services industry, all at Paducah Bank. She earned an associate degree in science from Madisonville Community College. Goodman is working toward a bachelor of science degree in organizational communication and leadership at Murray State University. She is also a graduate of the KBA Banking School. Goodman is past president of the St. Mary Elementary School PTO. She also volunteers for the United Way.

Nick Morris is moving to the role of Trust Relationship Manager within our Wealth Management team. He earned a bachelor of science degree in occupational safety and health from Murray State University. He has experience in both the safety field as well as insurance achieving the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation. He is the past president of the Leadership Paducah Alumni Board, the Kiwanis Club of Downtown Paducah, and past chair of the Paducah Young Professionals. He also sits on the Paducah Bank Community Board and serves the community through his local church.

Shannon Tracy is a new Consumer Relationship Manager. The Paducah native is a graduate of West Kentucky Community & Technical College and holds the Series 6 & 63 licenses. He also holds the Property, Casualty, Life & Health Insurance license.
