Interactive Teller Machines (ITM)– conduct banking transactions unassisted or assisted with our ITMs. Customers can conduct many transactions without the assistance of a banker, but when those occasions arise, simply press the button for live help and one of our seasoned Personal Experience Bankers will assist you via video. Many of the transactions that occur at the branch can be conducted at our ITM, even cashing a check to the penny! Our ITMs are available with live assistance M-F – 8:00 am – 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Digital Banking– desktop and mobile – Paducah Bank’s digital banking solutions provide real-time information on your accounts, the ability to make check deposits within the mobile app, transfer funds between accounts, send payments through our bill pay or WOW Pay channels, change your PIN, and so much more.
Drive-Thru– should you need to transact business in person, we offer expanded services through the drive-thru that once were only offered in-lobby.
Appointments– to accommodate your busy schedule, call your banker or any of our banking center locations to schedule an appointment for business that must be conducted in-person. These scheduled appointments can be in-person, by video, or by phone.
