Rachel Norton and Vicki Goodman were recently promoted to Assistant Vice Presidents by the Paducah Bank Board of Directors.

Goodman, Consumer Operations Manager, has 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, all at Paducah Bank. She earned an associate degree in science from Madisonville Community College. She is also a graduate of the KBA Banking School. Goodman is past president of the St. Mary Elementary School PTO and currently serves the organization at the high school level. She also volunteers for the United Way and the St. Jude Dream Home.

Norton, Director of Loan Sales Support, has 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. The Paducah native earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting and finance and a master’s degree in business administration from Arizona State University. Norton serves as Chairwoman of the McCracken County Public Library board and is a member of the National Quilt Museum board.
