Paducah Bank recently promoted Marra McMillan and Melinda Winchester.
McMillan was promoted to Vice President and Private Banking Relationship Manager. Before joining the bank three years ago, she was the Director of Operations for Baptist Health Medical Group. She was responsible for directing the overall practice and operations of all Baptist Health Paducah medical offices. McMillan has more than 12 years of experience in community health services and healthcare administration. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Murray State University and a master of public health from Eastern Kentucky University. She was elected to the Leadership Paducah Alumni Association Board and helped start the Paducah Bank Community Board.
Winchester was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Private Banking Relationship Manager. She earned a bachelor of science degree in historic preservation from Southeast Missouri State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Before joining Paducah Bank, Winchester was the Downtown Development Specialist and Paducah Main Street Director for the City of Paducah. She also worked for an environmental and historic preservation firm in St.Louis for nine years assisting communities with economic development strategies. Winchester serves on the Columbia Theatre board and lives in Livingston County where she and her husband own a Heritage Farm.
