Anna Berlekamp and Marra McMillan were recently recognized by the Paducah Bank Board of Directors for their outstanding work.
Berlekamp, Workplace Banking Specialist, was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Workplace Banking Specialist. Berlekamp joined the Bank one year ago and is a graduate of Reidland High School and the Leadership Paducah program. She has six years of experience in the financial services industry. She comes to Paducah Bank from Kalleo Technologies, where her focus was providing technology solutions for the river and maritime industries.

McMillan, Private Banking Relationship Manager, was promoted to Assistant Vice President/Private Banking Relationship Manager. She joined the Bank in June of 2016. McMillan previously held the position of Director of Operations for Baptist Health Medical Group, where she was responsible for directing the overall practice and operations of all Baptist Health Paducah medical offices. Overall, she has 12 years of experience in community health services and healthcare administration. McMillan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Murray State University and a Master of Public Health degree from Eastern Kentucky University.
McMillan plays an active role in the community through her leadership of various non-profit organizations. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the St. Nicholas Clinic and is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Family Service Society. McMillan is also a graduate of Leadership Paducah and the past Vice President of the Leadership Paducah Foundation.
