Paducah Bank is temporarily closing its Mid-City Banking Center on Monday, July 15, for renovations to the interior of the branch.
“This will be a complete reconstruction for the interior of our Mid-City Banking Center,” said Paducah Bank President Mardie Herndon. “The new design will not only be beautiful, but also more efficient, giving our customers the most convenient personal service at this very popular location.”
The bank is expected to be closed for approximately 3 months. “However, during that time our new ITM at the Mid-City Banking Center will be available 24 hours a day and our Interactive Relationship Bankers will provide live assistance six days a week. The Interactive Relationship Bankers is available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM,” Herndon added.
“Our customer experience is a priority for us at Paducah Bank and while there will be temporary disruption in the services at the branch, the redesign will be worth the wait,” Herndon said. “In addition to the ITM at the branch, customers can visit any of our other locations which are listed on our website. Customers will continue to see their favorite Paducah Bankers, just at another one of our locations. And, our Main Office is only a few blocks from the Mid-City Branch.”
During construction Herndon said there would be many opportunities for customers to help the bank celebrate the progress as the project moves along. “We appreciate everyone’s loyalty and patience during this process and look forward to celebrating with our customers this fall as construction is completed. We hope everyone will follow us on social media as we share our progress with special ‘under construction’ surprises and updates.
