Paducah Bank announces the grand re-opening of its Mid-City Banking Center at 2401 Broadway.
“This has been a complete reconstruction of the interior of our Mid-City Banking Center,” said Paducah Bank President Mardie Herndon. “The new design will not only be beautiful but also more efficient, giving our customers the most convenient personal service at this very popular location.”
“We are looking forward to bringing everyone back into our newly renovated Mid-City Banking Center,” added Susan Guess, Director of Marketing at Paducah Bank. “We hope that our customers have enjoyed some of the fun things we have introduced during our time away. We, of course, hated to disrupt the services at our Mid-City location, but we hope that some of our special giveaways and online services have helped to ease the inconvenience.”
The drive-thru ITM services have been available throughout the banking center’s renovation. “Now, we can welcome back our drive-thru tellers to provide friendly, personal assistance with the reopening of our banking center,” adds Herndon. In addition, the ITMs at the Mid-City Banking Center are still available 24-hours a day, and the Interactive Relationship Bankers will continue to provide live assistance six days a week. The Interactive Relationship Bankers are available through the ITMs Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and on Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM.
“Our customer experience is a priority for us at Paducah Bank, and while there was a bit of temporary disruption in the services at the branch, the redesign has been worth the wait,” Herndon said.
