Melissa Yates, Director of Trust Sales, was invited to serve on a panel at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale at 12:20 p.m. today, October 4, in the SIU Courtroom.

Each year the SIU Career Services Office puts on a series of panels on the different sectors of the legal market.  Yates' panel will discuss alternative and non-legal careers.

She earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology and a law degree from Southern Illinois University. Yates was a partner with the Denton Law Firm for 14 years and most recently served as executive director of the Housing Authority of Paducah.
