Melinda Winchester named Private Banking Relationship Associate

Melinda Winchester has joined the team of The Paducah Bank and Trust Company as Private Banking Relationship Associate.

Winchester has an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Historic Preservation. At SEMO she was a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and is an Alumni Member of Sigma Pi Kappa Preservation Honor Society.

Most recently Winchester was Downtown Development Specialist and Paducah Main Street Director for the City of Paducah. She has also worked in Cape Girardeau, Missouri with Lafser & Associates, a consulting firm out of St. Louis as Director of Historic Preservation. She and her husband now live in Livingston County where they own a Heritage Farm.

As a volunteer, she was helped with the Save the Columbia Theatre project and supports all downtown revitalization efforts.
