Interactive Relationship Bankers are expected to provide outstanding remote customer service to our clients. Interactive Relationship Bankers are responsible for fostering an environment that develops and cultivates meaningful and lifelong relationships. They will perform various tasks related to serving our clients remotely such as processing customer transactions and providing information on bank products and services. They will proactively turn service opportunities into sales events. They will refer customers to appropriate business partners; residential and consumer loans, investment and insurance products, and commercial business needs. They must execute with a passion for growth, sincerity for our customers and accountability for each other. As with the Interactive Relationship Bankers, Relationship Bankers in Retail Relief will provide outstanding customer service through front-line interactions with the client. They are brand ambassadors who seek opportunities to win business for Paducah Bank.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
#1 Provide Personalized Service and Create Remarkable Experiences
Create a welcoming and personalized experience either virtually or in branch for each customer. Look and communicate professionally. Be accountable and take ownership of each interaction. Support our company, our community, and each other. Maintain complete customer privacy and confidentiality.
#2 Process transactions and cash handling
Process all customer transactions initiated through our Interactive Teller Machines and/or NuPoint Teller and comply with all bank policies and procedures.
#3 Sales Referrals
Responsible for winning business for Paducah Bank. Maintain knowledge of bank products and services in order to identify needs and match those needs with meaningful solutions. Refer opportunities to Relationship Banking Specialist and/or Banking Center Relationship Managers as well as to other lines of business. Look for additional opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
#4 Miscellaneous Duties
Scan and correct teller tickets processed using teller capture system. Perform various tasks or check-back works as needed. Have a willingness to serve and assist teammates and customers in whatever capacity needed.
