E-Statements

Wow! Hate to wait? Mail too slow? Access your statement online! It’s as simple as point, click and print.

Now you can get your statement at the touch of a button. No need to wait for it to come in the mail. Access your statement information online as soon as it’s available.

All of your information will be readily available; you can enlarge the statement and print or save to a file, CD, or DVD for future reference.

Your e-statements can be accessed 24/7 from any computer.  You need to be enrolled in Internet Banking to receive e-statements.

If you are not currently enrolled in Internet Banking and would like to receive e-statements, complete the Internet Banking enrollment form and return it to any Paducah Bank location or fax it to 270.575.6608.  Once the Bank has set up an Internet Banking Login ID for you, follow the steps below to enroll in e-statements. Existing Internet Banking customers may follow the same steps for e-statement enrollment.

To Enroll in E-Statements:

  • Go to www.paducahbank.com.
  • Login to Internet Banking by entering your username, security answers, and password.
  • Click the account number for the e-statement you wish to receive.
  • Select the “Statements” tab.
  • Check the box and accept the terms.  Then complete the information request in the enrollment form located at the bottom of the terms and conditions page.
  • Once you have chosen to accept the terms and completed the enrollment form, click “Submit.”
  • You should receive a confirmation message:  “Thank you for registering.”

NOTE: If you elect to receive e-statements, you will no longer receive a paper statement.

To View a Statement:

  • Go to www.paducahbank.com.
  • Login to Internet Banking by entering your username, security answers, and password.
  • Click the account number of the e-statement you wish to view.
  • Select the “Statements” tab.
  • When the Statements page populates, your e-statements will be listed in date order. Double click on the date of the e-statement you wish to view. The statement will display in a PDF format.
