GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Treasury Management Relationship Manager serves a critical role in the sale of Treasury Management solutions to new and current clients along with the retention of current client relationships. This role will develop partnerships with Commercial Relationship Managers, Private Banking Relationship Managers and Consumer Relationship Managers to jointly generate and grow profitable commercial depository and treasury management business. This individual will assess client needs, identify solutions and make recommendations based on client need. This individual will follow the onboarding and servicing of new and existing commercial relationships by providing an exceptional client contact experience while serving a larger role of performing due diligence post-implementation. This individual will also be the primary point of contact for all commercial depository accounts that are opened within the Commercial Services group and facilitate the entire account opening process. Additionally, this role oversees an ongoing educational process for clients along with annual reviews for each relationship.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

#1 Team member in the sales process of deposit generation and ancillary services to include treasury management services, merchant services and business credit cards and commercial deposit products. Take the lead with commercial banking opportunities and all branch business banking sales. Engage with Director of Commercial Depository and Treasury Management Services on more complex opportunities.

#2 Prepare treasury management client agreements for onboarding and then perform check-back procedures to ensure setup is complete and accurate. Follow-up with client post implementation and then follow a schedule of check-in at 2 weeks, 30 days, 45 days and then 90 days. This will allow the bank to be intentional on confirming clients have full understanding of the product or service and confirm satisfaction.

#3 Analyze bank DDA and/or Analysis statements to determine appropriate account types for commercial clients. Assist with completion of both written and electronic proposal documents. Facilitate the account opening process and modifications for accounts generated within the Commercial Services Group.

#4 Partners with Commercial Relationship Managers in performing Annual Reviews associated with client relationships to ensure DDA/TM services are meeting client needs and looking for opportunities to introduce new services to meet client needs.
