The role of the Private Banking Portfolio Manager/Associate Relationship Manager is to manage the relationships within an existing book of business of high net worth/high income clients. Specific focus is given to the area of personal and business banking needs while looking for opportunities to partner with other Wealth Management professionals within the Bank. This position will work closely with support staff to deliver a high level of service to the clients and their families.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
#1 Relationship Servicing. Servicing existing relationships within the book of business by managing the loan renewal process, new loan requests, deposit requests and other servicing issues. Particular focus on detail and follow-through is required to service this group.
#2 Relationship Development. Position is expected to cross-sell all services offered in Wealth Management including Trust Services, Paducah Financial Consultants and Treasury Management.
#3 New Relationship Acquisition. While this position will not have a significant outside sales calling expectation, there will be an expectation to originate some new relationships through use of their contacts, asking existing clients for referrals and building strong referral relationships inside and outside of the Bank.
#4 Community Involvement. Maintain a presence in the community by participating in volunteer opportunities, service organizations and being visible in the community.
