The Paducah Bank & Trust Company, the premier provider of financial resources in Paducah and McCracken County, is currently accepting applications for the full-time position of Loan Operations Relief Specialist. This position exists to provide support to multiple service areas within the Loan Operations Department. Primary responsibilities at this time will be in the Loan Servicing area and Central Doc Prep area. Teammates are skilled for the reviewing of loan files for compliance and completeness and accuracy of data input into the CSI/NuPoint host system; providing accurate loan documentation to loan officers and loan assistants; processing of loan payments/payoffs; and performing customer account research/maintenance. Cross training of other tasks within the Loan Operations Department may occur as well.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
#1 Loan File Review and Reporting
Review loan files for compliance, completeness and accuracy. Download/Upload loan information from LaserPro to CSI NuPoint. Verify Master Activity loan report.
#2 Laser Pro Loan Document Production
Prepare loan documents requested by loan officer/assistant. Edit loan requests as necessary when information is modified. Ensure final documents are in compliance with regulations, loan policy and guidelines. Assist lenders/assistants with loan compliance and loan product related questions.
#3 Loan Servicing
Process loan payments, charge-off payments and loan payoffs. Perform customer account maintenance/research. Backup other functions within Loan Operations.
#4 Maintain Quality Assurance
Ensure imaged loan documents are in compliance and of good quality for viewing. Prepare required collateral documents and other loan documents for final storage. Assist with scanning and indexing of loan files.
