Paducah Bank Employee Earns Human Resources Certification

raeRae Samford Hall, Human Resources Administrator for The Paducah Bank and Trust Company, has earned the prestigious Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Hall obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisville and is a volunteer with the United Way of Paducah/McCracken County.  She is also a women’s ministries committee member and choir member at her church.

The Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification demonstrates mastery of the technical and operational aspects of HR practices and U.S. laws and regulations. The professionally relevant credential is for the HR professional who focuses on program implementation, has a tactical/logistical orientation, and has responsibilities that focus on the HR role within an organization.

The HR Certification Institute is the largest credentialing organization dedicated exclusively to serving the certification needs of human resource professionals.  As an affiliate of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), HR Certification Institute continues to promote the establishment of professional human resource standards and recognize professionals who meet those standards.
