“It amazes me to think back on our initial decision to create a Facebook page and open a Twitter account a few years ago,” said Susan Guess, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Paducah Bank. “To think that we had reservations about becoming engaged in social media is now so contrary to our philosophy of reaching out and communicating with our customers and the community as a whole. This avenue of communication has allowed us to interact and engage with our customers as well as our entire region. It not only allows us to respond promptly to questions or comments from our customers, it also allows us to be a vital part of the community at large. And that has always been a foundational belief for us at Paducah Bank. These media mechanisms have only allowed us to enhance that commitment to the people of our region.”
