Paducah Bank is the corporate sponsor of the new McCracken County High School’s Walk of Fame. The Paducah Bank Walk of Fame is the main corridor from the building’s entrance to the cafeteria space and other common areas.
Along the walkway are display cases honoring the long legacies of the three county schools that are now merged into one central county high school. Memorabilia from Lone Oak, Heath and Reidland High Schools are part of exhibits along the corridor in remembrance of the sports and academic histories of each school.
The new high school will open its doors for the inaugural school year on August 9, 2013. “The bank is happy to be a part of a new chapter in the history of our local high schools,” said Wally Bateman, president of Paducah Bank. “This major new investment in the education of our youth is a progressive step forward for our community and our region.”
