Paducah Bank is excited to inform you that our new Internet Banking service will be available on Monday, November 12. This new service is a result of the conversion of our core banking software to Computer Services, Inc. (CSI). CSI and Paducah Bank are committed to making this transition smooth for you.
Beginning at Noon on Thursday, November 8, Bill Pay will be “View Only” until Monday, November 12. You will be able to view payees, recurring payments, and history, but you will not be able to make changes, pay a bill, or setup any new bill pay information until Monday, November 12. Scheduled payments and payments made before Noon on November 8 will be processed on November 8. Payments that are scheduled for Friday, November 9 will not be processed until Monday, November 12.
Please be advised that Bill Pay history will not convert to our new system. If you would like to retain a record of past payments, you will need to retrieve this information manually by November 11. To retrieve this information, select Bill Pay, select History, select the days of history to Search, and then Print using the browser print option.
