December 1, 2011 — Paducah, KY — Paducah Bank is now accepting requests for its 2012 Community Giving Program. Each year the bank provides funds to a variety of charitable or non-profit organizations in the community. The selection process is based on the applications which are submitted for designated funds.
“Through the years Paducah Bank has supported the many vital and valued projects undertaken by both charitable groups and civic institutions in our community, “ said Susan Guess, Vice President of Marketing. “Our bank has a long history of community involvement, both from a contributory standpoint, as well as a dedication to hands-on volunteer efforts.”
To provide a complete and thorough review of each request, the bank has an application form on its website so that those who would like to solicit funding from Paducah Bank can provide details about their respective program or project. The bank reviews and makes decisions about annual contributions each year in December and makes appropriations in January. “This allows us to more widely spread our dollars throughout the community,” Guess added. “Anyone who wishes to request funding should complete our Donation Form. The form is available on the website under the community information link. We also have brochures at each location which explains our giving philosophy and who is eligible to receive funds.”
The deadline for submitting a request is December 15.
Paducah Bank has banking centers at 555 Jefferson, 2401 Broadway, 4452 Reidland Road, 2635 Lone Oak Road, and 4575 Pecan Drive. The bank also has 11 ATM locations in the community.
