Paducah Bank will sponsor the movie UP at Noble Park

Paducah Bank will be the sponsor of the Movie in the Park offering on August 1. The movie is the animated film, UP, about the adventures of a young Boy Scout and a man who has lost his wife after a long and beautiful relationship.

“The movie will begin around dark which is 8 or 8:30 pm,” said Susan Guess, Vice President of Marketing at Paducah Bank. “We are so excited to be able to sponsor one of this year’s Movie in the Park events. This has been such a good idea on the part of the city and the Parks Department and we wanted to be a part of this fun project.”

Paducah Bank will offer free popcorn, free water, free ice cream and prizes during the evening. The movie will be shown at the Noble Park Amphitheater.

“As a means to help kick off a successful school year for kids in need, we are asking movie goers to bring school supplies to the movie for distribution to at-risk students in our community schools,” Guess added.

Paducah Bank is Paducah’s only locally-owned bank. Paducah Bank has banking centers at 555 Jefferson, 2401 Broadway, 5542 Reidland Road, 2635 Lone Oak Road, and 4575 Pecan Drive.  A new branch on Paducah’s Southside will open this summer.
